There is an ‘absolute need’ for energy and gas reform in Australia

Assistant Trade and Manufacturing Minister Tim Ayres says there is an “absolute need” for reform when it comes to Australia’s gas supply shortage and energy crisis.
“There are sharp price rises that are exposing manufacturers and households to very significant cost imposts,” he told Sky News Australia.
“And we’ve been particularly concerned about a set of those manufacturers on the east coast who rely upon gas as a feedstock for their production processes.”
