The ABC has been ‘the home of pandemic paranoia’

Sky News host Chris Kenny says national broadcaster the ABC has been the home of “pandemic paranoia”.

“Let’s talk about the pandemic, ongoing infections, the fact most of us have had COVID, most of us have been vaccinated multiple times, most of us who get it have mild symptoms, sometimes none at all, and the fact that we have good treatments, and we’re getting on with our lives,” Mr Kenny said.

“None of this stops some people wanting the sense of crisis to go on forever.

“The ABC, they always go to the voices they know will play their game, such as the doctors union that has pushed an overly cautious approach from the outset, including supporting school closures.”
