‘Range of opinions’ among Indigenous Australians in the parliament

Sky News host James Morrow says CLP Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price was “incredibly eloquent” in her speech as the Nationals opposed the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

“You’ve got 11 Indigenous Australians in the parliament, they’ve got a range of opinions ranging from Jacinta Price on one end to Lidia Thorpe on the other and Linda Burney in the middle,” Mr Morrow said.

“That just proves that you cannot have one Indigenous Voice, the first principle is that people do not decide on their politics because of their DNA.”
