Brad Battin running for Vic Liberal leadership

Victoria Shadow Police Minister Brad Battin is fighting against John Pesutto for the Liberal leadership after Matthew Guy lost his second consecutive election.

“I’m a fundamental believer in their freedoms and promoting our Liberal values,” Mr Battin told Sky News host Erin Molan.

“We’ve got an aspirational group of people through all the growth corridors … all over Victoria who don’t hear our message.

“We’ve got to modernise that message; we’ve got to make sure it gets into the right places at the right time.

“I think I’m the best person to unite that team, to modernise that message and ensure its back on track to where we need to be to be engaged with those people in the growth corridors.”
