‘I’m encouraged by the level of support’: John Pesutto to run for Vic Liberal leadership

Incoming Hawthorn MP John Pesutto has said he’s “encouraged” by the level of support he’s received as he’s set to contend for the Victorian Liberal leadership.

“What I’m doing at the moment is speaking to everyone I possibly can, those who are clearly elected and those who are likely to be elected,” he said.

“And talking to them about what I hope to achieve if I am elected their leader.”
