China has ‘new blue economy going’
The Spectator Australia’s Alexandra Marshall says China has the “new blue economy going” where there’s “more mineral wealth underneath the oceans than there is on the continents of Earth”.
Ms Marshall says China “is the only country that has the ability to mine this” because the “UN is handing out licenses to mine”.
