‘Disappointing night’: Matthew Guy delivers concession speech
Opposition leader Matthew Guy says it is a “disappointing night for all of us” as he delivered his Victorian election concession speech.
Mr Guy said he congratulated Premier Daniel Andrews on his re-election to government.
“What we can see is that with a swing of around four per cent to us and many pre-poll votes to come, we will finish … with more seats in the parliament in both the lower house and the upper house,” he said at Liberal headquarters in Victoria.
