Greens leader ‘hopeful’ to pick up seats in Victoria

Victorian Greens Leader Samantha Ratnam says she is “hopeful” in increasing the Greens’ representation in parliament by picking up seats in Richmond and Northcote.

“People are really turning away from the major parties because they don’t want to be taken for granted anymore,” Ms Ratnam told Sky News Australia.

“We really welcome anyone and more people advocating for stronger action on climate.”
