Report into Morrison’s secret ministry handed down
The report into Scott Morrison’s secret ministry scandal has found the former prime minister attempted to seize a sixth portfolio.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was scathing of his predecessor, who could face a censure motion in parliament next week.
The report found Mr Morrison’s actions both unnecessary and corroded trust in government.
Mr Morrison was appointed to the ministries of Health, Finance, Home Affairs, Treasury and Resources.
